Sarah Davis is the founder of Recreate Leadership, a globally recognized leadership consultant, and one of the first Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaches worldwide. She holds a Master’s in Education with a specialization in Instructional Design from Point Loma Nazarene University and has spent more than a decade designing, developing, and leading leadership programs across government agencies, private enterprises, nonprofits, and the U.S. military. Known for translating evidence-based research into practical, scalable frameworks, Sarah creates environments where individuals and teams gain clarity, alignment, and the human skills required to perform, grow, and lead at their highest potential.

Dr. Victoria McCausland is a Marine Corps veteran, a Professor of Communication with a PhD in Interpersonal Communication from Penn State University, and the founder of Strong Ties. Alongside her teaching and research portfolio, she spent more than a decade working in government and with military nonprofits to create and lead transformative programs for military families of the fallen, earning recognition for her creative, impactful approaches as a 2018 Presidential Leadership Scholar. In each community she serves, Victoria excels in creating environments where individuals connect, grow, and develop the skills they need to thrive.
